As part of our ongoing effort to improve the experience our customers have with us at every interaction, we’ve opened our first Kentucky Xfinity store in Paducah. This new store lets our customers get up close and personal with the technology they rely on every day.
Having invested more than $1 million in this new, modern facility, our new Xfinity store, located at 5183 Hinkleville Road, aims to educate and entertain customers with our latest technology, while also adding a new level of convenience.
The new store features several HD flat screen TVs and a seating area reminiscent of one’s own living room. Take a seat, and you can experience our X1 entertainment operating system as if you’re in your own home. The new 5,000 square feet store has multiple stations where visitors can ask questions and receive any other assistance they might need. In addition to more square footage, ten new positions have been added to increase efficiency and encourage one-on-one customer interactions designed to assist customers faster, while spending ample time and thoroughly answering any questions and helping with service needs.
Two payment kiosks will be available to minimize wait times for all customers. In addition to speeding up the payment process, doubling the work stations will allow Paducah’s XFINITY store to better serve its customers.
“The store contains the latest and best technology,” explained Mike Campbell, the market manager for Kentucky. “A bigger space and larger staff will provide a top-of-the-line experience. The layout is designed for seamless customer service and visitors will be amazed at the efficiency. The Paducah store is a leader in the technology experience.”
Through hands-on demonstrations, customers can learn about all of our XFINITY products, including our new mobile phone service, XFINITY Mobile as well as X1 video service, high-speed internet, voice and connected home solutions. The store also features dozens of iPads for visitors to trial XFINITY’s mobile apps that let customers watch live TV, stream On Demand content, download movies and TV shows, and manage and monitor their homes while on the go.
Store hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
